This report summarises the results of the Wetland Health State of the Environment (SoE) monitoring programme for the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017 inclusive. Data is presented on the pressure and state of thirty wetlands surveyed in the Ruamahanga Whaitua, three of which were also selected for bird and fish surveys. Site condition was Excellent for three sites, Good for 18 sites and Moderate for 9 sites.
