develop a preferred Regional Land Transport Strategy for the Wellington
Region.

First stage strategy scenario modelling report (WRC/TPP-T-98/50) -
involves a technical assessment and evaluation of the current transport
network using the Regional Council’s strategy transport model.

Second stage strategy scenario modelling report (WRC/TPP-T-99/13) -
Summarises stage one; results of the sub-studies; composite strategy
analysis; second stage strategy appraisal; next steps

Third stage strategy scenario modelling report (WRC/TPP-T-99/15) -
Summarises tasks in the third stage, results of the sub-studies, results of
the strategy modelling; appraisal of the strategies against objectives; and
remaining tasks.

Fourth stage technical report (WRC/TPP-G-99/16) - This report concludes
the summary of the technical analysis underpinning the development of
the preferred Regional Land Transport Strategy.
