Search in document libraryWith the deployment of New Zealand’s Ultra Fast Broadband (UFB) network proceeding rapidly, the focus for regions is now on the application of broadband technologies as a driver for innovation. With initial UFB uptake appearing to be relatively modest, this study
analyses key uptake drivers and barriers amongst firms. This project is designed to identify ways in which the Greater Wellington Regional Council can assist in overcoming those barriers, and, in its second stage, will present a rational business case as a tool to achieve this.
