"Id like a response which details the contractual performance metrics which the vendor is held to and how the volume of cancellations in 2023 relates to those metrics. Id further like you to provide a substantive response addressing why, in particular, the 24 route has experienced this level of service failure and plans to remediate performance.
I also request you provide any internal documentation and data in respect to the number of cancelled services on the 24 line, how that compares to other routes and commentary as to the reasons and issues behind them. I would also appreciate any correspondence between the vendor, metlink, WCC and relevant Ministers offices in respect to the above and expect or anticipated performance improvement strategies."
