Request for information: 

"May I please have the following information re driving on the Paraparaumu and Waikanae Beach's and the issuing of permits. What Agencies/Organisations, Local Government or Authorities, Regional Government or Authorities and National Government Departments are authorised to issue permits to access or drive on the Paraparaumu and Waikanae Beach's? 

If a permit is issued other than the Kapiti Coast District Council (KCDC) to drive a vehicle on these beach's, are they required to consult or have a conversation with KCDC before issuing a permit? What conditions are noted on the permit? For the period 1st of January 2023 to the present day (in answering please advise the date the data ends): 

The total number of permits issued. 

The number of permits issued for the North of the Waikanae River? 

The number of permits issued for the South of the Waikanae River?"
