This report presents ecological information collected from
Wairarapa urban streams to be included in an overall analysis
of the health of urban streams in the Wellington region. It
identifies the significant ecological characteristics of Wairarapa
streams, which waterways which require greater protection,
and the appropriate management objectives for the care of
these streams.
