The water quality of Lake Wairarapa was last reported on in
1999. That report concluded that for the 1994 to 1998 period
there had been no change in water quality and that overall
water quality of the lake was poor and remained in a
eutrophic/ supertrophic state. This document reports on
trends in water quality and trophic status for the 1994 to
2005 period.
