This study evaluates the adequacy of the current stock of
road infrastructure in New Zealand and investigates the
economic contribution that transport infrastructure makes to
the New Zealand economy at large. It also assesses the
potential economic benefits that would flow from
selected new investments in New Zealand's road system.
