This report presents the findings of the second broad scale habitat mapping survey undertaken in January 2013, throughout the intertidal areas and terrestrial margin of Porirua Harbour. Broad scale mapping is designed to document the key habitats within the estuary, and changes to these habitats over time. The first survey of this kind was undertaken in Porirua Harbour in 2008.
