This report summarises the key results of microbiological water quality,
sediment quality, ecological health and habitat monitoring undertaken in the
Wellington regions near-shore coastal environment for the period 1 July 2013
to 30 June 2014.
Note that the suitability of coastal waters for contact recreation purposes is assessed separately under Greater Wellington Regional Councils recreational water quality monitoring programme (see Morar & Greenfield 2014).
