This study was commissioned as part of the development of the Whitireia Park Management Plan and Bylaws. It outlines the user profile of visitors to the park, discussing the extent to which current facilities are meeting needs and outlines what recreation and tourism aspects could be developed to help users of the park to enjoy/maximise their experience in the park.
