The Regional Cycling Plan was adopted in February 2004
and re-printed in its new format alongside the Wellington
RLTS 2007 - 2016.

It seeks the evolution of a cycling culture where cycling is
a recognised and valued transport mode that is safe,
accessible and pleasant throughout the region.
